We hope every customer is thrilled with their purchase and that everything about their Passengers Only experience is great. But if that’s not the case, let us know — we’re happy to accept returns of most merchandise for a full-refund. Here’s the deal:
Please email orders[at]passengersonly.com to request return authorization number. Be sure to include your Order Number and the details of the product you wish to send back. You’ll receive a reply with instructions on where to send your return or exchange and how to take advantage of your refund or store credit.
Certain sale items, discounted items, unused[1] and custom items are not returnable. For everything else, we have a 30 day policy, so return requests must be made no more than 30 calendar days after the original invoice date. For exchanges, we charge actual shipping cost in lieu of a re-stocking fee. Store credit never expires — use it now, or save it for later.
Please do not send items back without submitting a return request and receiving instructions, your return will not be honored and will either be rejected or you will be issued store credit.

[1] Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. Passengers Only has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.
